Saumya Singh is pursuing an MSc in Human Rights at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is also the recipient of LSE’s Taught Master’s Scholarship for International Students for the year 2025-26. A journalist from Lucknow, India, with experience in newsrooms like The Better India and Thomson Reuters, her work explores the intersection of cultural heritage and community dialogue. At LSE, she is focusing particularly on women’s rights in India and wishes to blend creative arts and journalism to drive social advocacy.
